Road to SEA Games 2019: Women's Rugby [ft. Samantha Teo, Ong Peiyi, Victoria Chew]

Oct 28, 2019 4:27:00 PM / by John Yeong

Up next in our Team Singapore Road to SEA Games 2019 feature series is Women's Rugby! Painful consecutive defeats in the Final for both SEA Games 2015 (Singapore) and SEA Games 2017 (Malaysia) saw Singapore take the Silver Medal against the same opponents Thailand.

The motivation within the squad is at an all time high, with a good squad composition in balance between youth and experience. We speak with 3 of our rugby athletes: Samantha Teo, Ong Peiyi and debutant Victoria Chew. Team Singapore's Road to SEA Games 2019 series is jointly presented by SG Sports TV and 1 Play Sports.
